About the Artist:

Ever wonder what it’s like being a self-taught musician with a passion for photography and videography? Coupled with a love for constructing moving visuals with ill imagery and pairing it all by curating a dope soundtrack? Well, that’s just some of what Kevin Hinton aka Kev Nyce aka Domingo Fresh has mastered. Hinton is a child from the 70s, born and raised in Northeast DC. He began his journey into the arts at age 11, when he picked up a pair of drumsticks and started playing drums, eventually learning the sweet melodies and chords of the keyboard. Which lead him to become one of the keyboard players in Plain & Simple, one of the DC area’s Go-Go bands.

In 2015, he launched Kreative71, a digital media production house specializing in photography, videography, audio & graphic design. Hinton’s work featured in the Black Futures book by Kimberly Drew and Jenna Wortham.
